November 6, 2008, Albuquerque, New Mexico A one-day course for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists who are newcomers to the field of anticoagulation. This introductory course covers clinical and operational aspects of care and will be helpful to providers putting together an anticoagulation clinic, or just entering this field of medicine. It is recommended as a prerequisite for the Advanced Preceptorship if you are new to the science of thrombosis.
